Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy on selected items (some items are not eligible for refund). You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Please read the product description to check whether the item is eligible for refund or not.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Create a Return Request

  1. Click here.
  2. You can write to us at info@shasakclothing.com. Please mention your order ID.
  3. Wait for confirmation. Please allow 24–48 hours for us to process your request.

Instructions After Applying for Return Request 

  1. Do Not Remove Tags and the Shasak Bag/ Box
  2. Create a Video of Handing the Parcel to the Delivery Agent. (More Info Below)
  3. Give the Package to the Delivery Partner and Ensure That He Seals the Parcel.

Notes

  • Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  • We can only entertain 1 return request per order.
  • If the customer cannot give the parcel to the delivery agent we cannot raise another return request.
  • A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of creating a return request.
  • The complete return and refund process can take up to 20-25 days or even more.

How to Make a Return Video.

1. Initiate Return Request:

Go to our website and click on the "Return Request" button in the menu bar to generate a return request.

2. Prepare for Video:

Ensure the product is in its original condition (no signs of wear or damage, with product tags attached).

3. Recording The Video

  • Start recording the video when you are about to hand the product to the delivery person.
  • If returning multiple products, ensure all items are visible and clearly shown in the video.

4. Handing Over the Product: 

  • Clearly show the product while handing it over to the delivery person.
  • Ensure the entire process of packing and handing over is recorded. 

5. After Recording:

Save the video for your records and provide it if required.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

We Do Not Have a Money Refund Policy for a Few Products. We Allow Only Size Exchanges for Those Products. 

To get your product exchanged, kindly click on the same link as mentioned above.
Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable to that order.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and apply for a refund. Make a separate purchase for the new item.

NOTE: The complete return and exchange process can take up to 20-25 days or even more.

Refunds

The refunds are initiated only after receiving and inspecting the returned parcel.
A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund.

The refunds can take up to 7 days, from the day of receiving the returned parcel, to reflect in your account.
Fast delivery charges will not be refunded.

In the case of COD:

The payout link will be sent to your registered email address only after 7 days from receiving the returned parcel. You can fill in your payment method and get a full refund.
